This is a double fold clean finish swing out upturn hemmer attachment.

This folder turns the edge of your fabric up once at the indicated dimension and then down inside the hem another 1/16" to 1/4"  for a clean (double) hem. The amount of underfold depends on the indicated size of the hemmer. The smaller sizes underfold at 1/16" and the larger sizes underfold up to a maximum of 1/4".

This hemmer swings in or out and screws onto the base of your sewing machines.
